The jug is beautifully decorated in the rocaille style with scroll and plant motifs. The cream jug is marked with an unknown maker's mark 'J' and an unclear fineness mark. The jug has been tested as being at least 3rd grade silver. The jug has the inscription: St F H 1856. In good condition. Weight: 123. 9 grams. Dimensions: 9 x 12. 5 x 14 cm.
