The aromas are of flowers and honey, enveloped in a creamy texture and a long, lingering finish. There is even a hint of brushwood to be detected. Located in the commune of Fy, the Premier Cru Mont de Milieu has an area of about 35 hectares. Mont de Milieu is undoubtedly one of the three best Premiers Crus of the Chablis vineyard. The hills on which
