Under the watchful eye of the master candle maker, in this workshop labeled Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (EPV), the cotton wicks are dipped in wax until the desired diameter is obtained. This artisanal technique gives the candles a slow burn of 5h30 to 6h 3 to 5 times more than industrial candles and a smokeless flame.
